We operate primarily as a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale supplier. Our services are intended for retailers, distributors, restaurants, institutions, and other commercial buyers.

03 Products & Pricing

Samkit Trading offers wholesale supply of the following product categories:

• Grains (Wheat, Bajra, Jowar, Corn, Barley, Ragi, etc.)
• Pulses (Chana, Toor Dal, Moong, Masoor, Urad, Rajma, etc.)
• Rice (Basmati, Sona Masoori, Parboiled, Kolam, etc.)
• Dry Fruits (Cashews, Almonds, Raisins, Pistachios, Walnuts, Dates, etc.)
• Masala & Spices (Red Chilli, Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Garam Masala, etc.)
• Seeds (Sesame, Flax, Chia, Sunflower, Fennel, Methi, etc.)

Pricing: All prices quoted are wholesale prices and may vary based on market conditions, season, quantity ordered, and product grade. Prices quoted during enquiry are subject to change and are valid only for the period communicated at the time of quotation.

Prices displayed (if any) on our website or communications are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed only upon written order confirmation from Samkit Trading.

04 Orders & Payments

Order Placement: Orders may be placed via phone, WhatsApp, or email. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Samkit Trading.

Payment Terms: Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order placement. General terms are as follows:

• New customers are typically required to make advance payment before dispatch.
• Credit terms may be extended to established buyers at our sole discretion.
• Accepted payment modes include bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and cash (for in-person transactions only).

Order Cancellations: Orders once confirmed may be cancelled only if communicated before goods are dispatched. Cancellation charges may apply in certain cases. Post-dispatch cancellations will not be accepted.

05 Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on product availability, quantity, and destination.

• Local Delivery (Ahmedabad): Typically within 1–3 business days.
• Gujarat-wide Delivery: Typically within 2–5 business days.
• Pan-India Delivery: Timelines vary depending on location and logistics partner.

Samkit Trading uses third-party logistics partners for deliveries outside Ahmedabad. Risk of goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the logistics partner. Any damage or loss in transit must be reported immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence.

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or disruptions in logistics networks.

06 Quality & Returns

We take pride in supplying clean, graded, and quality-checked products. All goods are inspected before dispatch.

Claims & Returns: Any quality-related claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Claims raised after this window may not be entertained.

• Claims must be accompanied by photographs and a detailed description of the defect or discrepancy.
• Returns, if accepted, must be in original condition and unopened packaging.
• Returns are subject to inspection and approval at our facility.
• Accepted returns will result in replacement of goods or credit note at our discretion.
• No cash refunds will be issued once goods have been dispatched.

Natural variations in colour, size, or weight of agricultural commodities do not constitute defects and will not be accepted as grounds for return.

07 Limitation of Liability

Samkit Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or business interruption.

Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We do not provide any warranty beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms.

Product images, descriptions, and information provided on our website are for general reference only. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may exist between the described and delivered product.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Samkit Trading name, logo, design, text, and images, is the property of Samkit Trading and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Samkit Trading.

09 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all business transactions with Samkit Trading are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
